Olga M. “Marie” (Ostapchuk) Bennett, 60, died at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Monday, May 5 after a period of failing health. Born in Taunton, she was a lifelong resident of Stoughton and graduate of Stoughton schools. Ms. Bennett was a personal chef. She also was a cabinet maker for Rick’s Kitchens in Stoughton and raced cars at Norwood Arena and Seekonk Speedway years ago.
Ms. Bennett is survived by her children, Michelle Bennett and John Bennett both of Brockton, Richard Bennett and Kristen Correia of Stoughton. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
