Mrs. Albina A. (Floor) Larivee, of this city, died Friday, May 2 in Taunton Nursing
Home following a lengthy illness. She was the wife of the late Lionel A. Larivee, Sr.
She was born 84 years ago in Taunton, the daughter of the late Albert and Jozefa
(Gufrow) Floor. She was educated in Taunton and had been a lifelong city resident.
Prior to her retirement, she had been employed as a clerk at the former Sear’s Surplus
Store in Raynham for several years. She had previously been employed as an assistant
manager at the former Buy and Save Store in Raynham for a number of years. She was
a member of the A.A.R.P. Mrs. Larivee enjoyed travelling and cruising. She was a
communicant of the former Immaculate Conception Church.
She leaves:

2 daughters: Sandra A. Larivee of Taunton
Janice M. Botelho of Taunton

10 great grandchildren
several nieces and nephews
Funeral services will be held from The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street
on Monday, May 5 at 9:00 A.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow in St. Jude
the Apostle Church at 10:00 A.M. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Relatives
and friends are invited to attend. Visiting Hours will be held on Sunday from 4:00 to
7:00 P.M. Expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to the Taunton Nursing
