Mrs. Gloria G. (Turrisi) Wilkerson, 77, of Lawrence, MA., passed away on Thursday, May 1st, 2008 at the Lawrence General Hospital.
She was born May 25th, 1930 in Lawrence, Massachusetts to the late: Mr. Gaetano and Mrs. Grace (Fazio) Turrisi. Mrs. Wilkerson was educated in the Local Schools and was an attendant of Holy Rosary Church in Lawrence, MA.
She worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the Welfare Department as a Social Worker for some 30+ years. Gloria was a Member and Treasurer for several years, to the "Come Alive after Five" Group on Marston Street in Lawrence, MA. She also enjoyed Dancing and Singing.

Cheryl A. Wilkerson of Haverhill, MA
Son: Kenneth W. Wilkerson of Haverhill, MA
Grandchildren: J.J. and Jeremy Wilkerson of Haverhill, MA. and Kendall Taylor Wilkerson of Salem, NH
Sisters: Constance Pizzano of Methuen, MA and Lillian Rose also of Methuen, MA.
As well as several nieces and nephews.
Late Brother: Joseph R. Turrisi and her Late Sister: Antoinette D'Urso
Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 5th, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in Corpus Christi Parish in Lawrence, MA.
Burial will follow at the Saint Mary's/Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence, MA.
