Mrs. Albea D. (DeChamplain) Milot, of this city, died Saturday, March 22 in the Tufts
New England Medical Center, Boston, following a brief illness. She was the wife of the
late Wilfred A. Milot. She was born 90 years ago in Taunton, the daughter of the late
Arthur J. and Albertine J. (Beaulieu) DeChamplain. She was educated in Taunton, hav-
ing graduated from the former St. Mary’s High School, and had been a lifelong city resi-
dent. She had formerly assisted her late husband with the operation of Milot’s T.V. and
Appliance store for many years. Mrs. Milot was a Past President and Life Member of the
Stonehill College Womens Guild, and was a member of the Morton Hospital Womens
Auxiliary, the Coyle-Cassidy High School Mother’s Club, the Sodalite des Dames de Ste.
Anne, and during her youth, Les Enfants de Marie. She enjoyed playing cards, travelling
and spending time with her family. She was a communicant of the former St. Jacques
Church.
She leaves:

Funeral services will be held from The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street,
on Wednesday, March 26 at 9:00 A.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow in St. Jude the Apostle Church at 10:00 A.M. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Rela-
tives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting Hours will be held on Tuesday, from
4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to St. Jude’s
