Roy Rosier Holloway, 67, Clarksville, died Wednesday, April 30, 2008, at Gateway Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 11 am Tuesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. John Black officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West with military honors. Visitation will be from 9 am until the time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born December 22, 1940 in Laurel, Mississippi son the late R. D. Holloway and Hettie Hill Holloway. He was retired from the US Army. Survivors include his wife, Panor Holloway; three sons, Norman Holloway, Only, TN; John Rostkowski, Bradford, Ohio; and Harry Rostkowski, Clarksville; two daughters, Teresa McWilliams, Laurel, MS; and Patti Harris, Clarksville; a brother, Ransom Holloway, Laurel, MS; three sisters, Lucy Middleton and Edna P.
