TYNGSBORO, MA – Cheryl A. (Keegan) Holzman 44 died April 14, 2008 after a 15 month courageous battle with cancer at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, New Hampshire.
Born in Lawrence, MA she was the daughter of Bernard and Lucille (Cayer) Keegan of Methuen, MA. She graduated Methuen High School with the Class of 1981 and received her Bachelors Degree from Merrimack College. She was a homemaker, but prior to staying home she was a Systems Analyst with AGFA Type in Wilmington, MA. She volunteered with the Tyngsboro School System and with the Girl Scouts. According to her family she was a talented scrapbooker which she enjoyed very much. Cheryl touched the lives of many people with her strength and caring for others.
Besides her parents, she leaves her husband of 17 years, David E. Holzman of Tyngsboro, MA.
Daughters Katherine C. and Emily E. Holzman both of Tyngsboro, MA.
4 brothers Patrick, Michael and his wife Martha, Stephen and his wife Priscilla and James and his wife Kara Keegan all of Methuen, MA.
3 nieces Maura and Erin, and Nora Geoghegan
3 nephews Devin, Dominic and James.
Cheryl also leaves her father-in-law and sister-in-law, Herbert S. Holzman of Norwood and Julie Geoghegan.
She also leaves many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Family ad friends may call on Thursday from 4:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc., 233 Lawrence Street Methuen, MA 01844. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 9:00a.m. at St. Monica’s Church in Methuen, MA. Burial will follow in the St. Mary’s Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence, MA.
