Phyllis (Long) “Fifi” Howe, of Duxbury, died Apr. 12 at the Jordan Hospital. Born in Boston on Nov. 17, 1924, she was the daughter of William and Harriet (Bayley) Long. She is survived by her husband W. Channing Howe, her children; Pamela Small and her husband Jonathan of Lincoln, MA, William B. Howe, of Boulder, CO, her grandchildren; Graham Small of Lincoln, Frederica Toll of Carlsbad, NM, Felicity Arnold of Houston, TX; her great grandchildren; Adelaide and Josephine Toll of Carlsbad, NM, and her brother Edward B. Long of Cohasset. A Memorial Service will be held on Fri. Apr. 18 at St. John the Evangelist Church, 410 Washington St., Duxbury at 11:00AM.
