Jean M., Lavender ”Jeani” 47, of Higgins Street died Saturday at her home. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Jean M. “Pete” Charland. She is the daughter of Rita (Tremblay) Charland-Generali and Step-daughter of Adolph “Chick” Generali of Greenville.
Ms. Lavender worked as a waitress and a daycare mother. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey M. Lavender of Smithfield, her sister, Nancy J. Arsenault of Chepachet, her brother, Marc J. Charland of Reseda, CA., a nephew, Stephen J. Arsenault of Hiram, GA and a niece, Christie A. Arsenault of Greenville, step-sister of Kathy Generali of North Providence and Lori Cole of Warwick. She was the sister of the late Donna M. Charland.
Her funeral service will be held on Thursday at 1:00 pm in the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville.
