Obituary

Leo Mandeville, 99, of Farnum Pike died Wednesday, March 26, at Hebert’s Nursing Home in Smithfield. He was the husband of Lillian (Thibault) Mandeville. They were married for 67 years.
Born in New Bedford, MA, son of the late Alexander and Agnas (LeBlanc) Mandeville, he lived in Smithfield for 67 years.
Mr. Mandeville was a weaver for 50 years working in various local textile mills.
He is survived by his children, Irene T. Bedard and Yvette A. Lemire both of Mapleville, Kathyrine M. Desjarlais of Smithfield, Troy L. Mandeville of Warren and Patricia E. Cook of Schenectady, NY, 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.. He was the father of the late Raymond L. Mandeville.
His funeral will be Saturday at 9am from the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville, RI. Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Michael’s Church, 80 Farnum Pike, Smithfield, 02917. Burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Visitation Friday 4-7.
