ROWLINGS, Minnie Celina (Clarkin) Of Jamaica Plain, March 25, 2008, Age 82, born and raised on Prince Edward Island, Canada. She was the loving daughter of the late Patrick and Ida Mae (Walker) Clarkin.Devoted and loving mother to James and his wife Kathleen of Boston, Edwin and his wife Barbara of Wappingers Falls, NY. Ida Mae Sullivan and her late husband Joseph of Jamaica Plain, Diane Handley of Mansfield and Evelyn Rowlings of Jamaica Plain. Cherished and survived by nine wonderful grandchildren Angela, Andrew, Thomas and his wife Julie, Heather Rowlings, Michael and Matthew Handley, Joseph and Jocelyn Sullivan and Megan Rowlings. Also survived by her brother-in-law Timothy Muise and many nieces and nephews. Dear sister of the late Melvin, Joseph, Russell and Augustine (Gus) Clarkin, Laura Oatway, Helen Doucette, Evelyn Muise and Marcella Urquhart. Funeral Mass in St. Theresa’s Church, West Roxbury, Friday, March 28, at 11:30am. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
