Former husband of Jeanne (Shields) Glancy of Mashpee. Cherished grandfather of Alexandra, Nicholas and Brandon and great grandfather of Payton. Brother of the late Frank and Charlie Glancy and Mae Johnson. Uncle of James Johnson, Carol Ramirez, Karen Denum, Jack and Bud Glancy as well as his sister-in-law and nieces and nephews in CA. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Carroll Funeral Home, 721 Salem Street (Maplewood Square) MALDEN on Monday morning, March 31st at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Joseph's Church, 770 Salem Street, Malden at 10 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Carroll Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-4 PM. Services will conclude with interment at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA
Born in Malden and a resident of Revere for many years, Edwin at 84 years of age, passed away at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital early Sunday morning. A United States Army Veteran of WWII, he was manager of Beach Supplies prior to his retirement.
