WORCESTER-Barbara M. (Mossman) Lemerise, 74, of 195 Ingleside Avenue, died Wednesday, March 19th in the Rose Monahan Hospice Residence. She leaves 2 sons, Scott H. Lemerise and his wife Joann of North Grafton and Daniel C. Lemerise, Jr. and his wife Teresa of Worcester; a daughter, Sandra M. Lemerise of West Roxbury; 2 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Donald K. Mossman, Jr.
She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Donald K. and Theresa M. (Armey) Mossman and graduated from Northborough High School. Ms. Lemerise was an international traffic documentation specialist for Neles-Jamesbury Company, retiring in 2001. She enjoyed flea markets, shopping and drawing with charcoal and in her younger years had modeled for local department stores, including Denholm & McKay.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29th at 10:00 AM in the Liberty Church, 495 Hartford Turnpike, Shrewsbury. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery, Shrewsbury. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Rose Monahan Hospice Residence, VNA Care Hospice, 120 Thomas Street, Worcester, MA 01608.
