AUBURN- Kenneth A. Ross, 52, of 282 Central Street, Auburn, died Thursday, February 13, 2003 in Saint Vincent Hospital, Worcester after an illness.
He leaves his mother, Helen M. (Duncan) Ross of Shrewsbury; three sisters, Donna Argento of Shrewsbury, Theresa Melkonian of Plymouth and Cynthia Carlisle of Shrewsbury; two brothers, James Ross of Whitinsville and Daniel Ross of Pawtucket, RI and several nephews and nieces.
He was born in Boston, the son of the late Harry E. Ross, Jr. and was raised in Portland, ME. He has lived in the Worcester area since 1969. He was a attended Portland, ME High School.
He was a Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in Southeast Asia with the 3rd Marine Division as a paratrooper.
Mr. Ross worked in the construction and building industries for many years before his illness.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, February 16 from 2-5 PM in the Britton-Shrewsbury Funeral Home, 648 Main Street, (www.brittonfuneralhomes.com) Shrewsbury. Final dispostion will be private following cremation.
