Christopher Coviello of Stoneham passed away on February 13, 2003 at Winchester Hospital. He was 87 years of age.
Born in Wakefield, Massachusetts, Mr. Coviello was a resident of Stoneham for 25 years. Mr. Coviello was the proud owner of Coviello & Sons Paving Company of Stoneham. Mr. Coviello was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He will be missed by all.
Mr. Coviello was the beloved husband of 63 years to Ida E. (Cittadino) Coviello. He was the devoted father of Christopher Coviello and his wife Claire, George Coviello and his wife Susan, and Roger Coviello and his wife Mary Jane. Christopher was the cherished grandfather of Tina, Todd and his wife Tracy, Jessica and Matthew. He was the loving great grandfather of Alexis, Casey, Devyn and Chase. Christopher was the dear brother of Rose DeSantis and Lee Mitchell.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours at the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) on Sunday February 16th 4-8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday February 17th at 10:00am in St. Patrick’s Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham.
