Obituary

LENNON Joseph M. of Eastport, Maine formerly of Boston, Jamaica Plain and Mission Hill, March 3, 2008. Mr. Lennon is survived by his wife Sarah. Beloved father of Christopher and C. Allan of Plymouth, Ma. Joseph W. of Littleton, Mary Clarke of Mashpee, Jane Rumford of Maine and Sarah of Plymouth and the late Gratchen Lennon. Dearly loved by 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Sister Michael Marie MHSH. Thomas, James and Fr. Robert Lennon CssR. (Mission Church). Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home 2055 Centre St. WEST ROXBURY, Friday March 7th. at 10 am. Followed by a con-celebrated Funeral Mass of Christian Burial in the Mission Church at 11 o’clock. Visiting hours Thursday 5-8pm. Interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery in North Attleboro. Mr. Lennon served in the U.S. Army Signal Corp. Late graduate of Boston College. He worked for many years as an Engineer at Maguire Assoc. in Providence R.I. and later with the Metropolitan District Commission of Boston. Mr. Lennon devoted many hours of volunteer work at the Mass Citizens for Life. Contributions may be made to that organization.
