Mrs. Johnnie Mae Mosley was born to the late Bryant Gilbreath and Laura Jolly Gilbreath in Huntsville, Alabama. She attend Huntsville public schools. Johnnie Mae moved to White Plains, New York in 1956 where she resided until her recent return to Huntsville three years ago.
Johnnie Mae was employed by IBM and retired after 18 years of service.
She leaves to cherish her memories six children, Doris Jean Mosley-Hill, William Harold Mosley, Carlton Dwight Mosley and Reginald Mosley all of Huntsville, Alabama, Lawrence Edward Mosley of Patterson, New York and Roger Terrell Mosley of Albany, New York; a sister Alberta Patton of White Plains, New York; thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nepews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services for Mrs. Johnnie Mae Gilbreath Mosley will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 8, 2008 from the Little Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Church with Reverend Dr. Jerry L. Crutcher officiating. Interment will be in Valley View Memorial Gardens. The remains of Mrs. Mosley will be in the church one hour prior to funeral time.
