Paul P. Rogers, Paul P., 92, formerly of Pocasset Bay Manor, Johnston died Sunday in Fatima Hospital, North Providence. He was the husband of the late Florence L. (Neilon) Rogers.
Born in Lowell, MA, a son of the late Peter H. and Maryellen (Duffy) Rogers.
Mr. Rogers was a purchasing Agent for the Artted Company in Springfield, MA retiring in 1978. He had lived in North Providence before moving to Johnston.
He is survived by his daughter, Rosemary A. Viola of Johnston, his grandchildren, Richard A. Viola, Jr., of North Providence, James, Thomas and Laura Viola of Johnston, and a great-granddaughter Juliet.
He was the father-in-law of the late Richard A. Viola, Sr. He was the brother of the late, John Rogers, Helene Craigin, Claire Fawcett, and Marion McDermott..
His funeral will be held Wednesday at 8:30am from the *ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. A Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30am in St. Robert Bellermine Church. Visitation Tuesday 4-7pm. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the St. Robert Bellarmine Food Bank, 1804 Atwood Avenue, Johnston, RI 02919.
