William F. Halliwill of Plympton passed away at his home in Plympton on February 28, 2008. He was 57 years old. Mr. Halliwill was born in Plymouth on January 8, 1951, and is the Son of the late Birney and Regina Halliwill. He attended schools in Kingston, and served in the Army National Guard. He was a retired lineman for the Commonwealth Electric Company. William is survived by his Sister Pamela Welch of Plymouth, his two Nieces, Maureen Welch of Plymouth, and Regina Todd and her Husband Michael of Charlottesville, VA. He was a great friend to Carol St. Croix of Kingston, and Rachel Kenneally of Plymouth. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 7th at 11:00 AM at Vine Hills Cemetery in Plymouth.
