Cafarella, Marilyn Dickson, age 79, died at her Medford home, on February 7, 2003. She was the beloved wife of the late Vincent Cafarella. She was born in Boston, on March 14, 1923, a daughter of the late Ralph W. Dickson and Gertrude Handley. She was a lifelong resident of Medford and a communicant of the West Medford Baptist Church. Marilyn was a family person donating her time to raising her two daughters, Gail and her husband Steven A. Missick of Medford and Cheryl A. Angus of Wilmington. She is the cherished grandmother of John V., Brian G., and Laura A. Angus, all of Wilmington. Marilyn is the dear great grandmother of Sabrina. Her funeral service will be held in the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford, Tuesday at 11 AM Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Visitation, prior to the service, from 10 to 11 AM Interment, Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
