Barbara M. Beasley, 65, passed away at her home in Woburn on February 26th, 2008. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Beasley. She was born in Boston on November 22nd, 1942 to her parents Wendell and Anna (Walsh) Crawford. Barbara was raised in Medford. She graduated from Immaculate Conception Grammar School in Malden and Girls Catholic High School in Malden. She has been a resident of Woburn for the past 38 years. Barbara worked at AT&T as a Communications Specialist for 12 years. She was previously employed at Lechmere in Cambridge for over 20 years. Barbara is survived by her children; Karen Beasley of Medford; Thomas J. Beasley and his wife Carol of New York; Pamela Killilea and her husband Michael of Medford and Cheryl Beasley of Woburn; her grandchildren Kelsey, Kathryn and Samantha and her siblings; Wendell Crawford of Ipswich and Elaine Crawford of Charlestown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Along with her husband and her parents, Barbara was predeceased by her brother David Crawford. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden on Friday February 29th at 9 AM followed by interment in Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford. At the request of her family, visitation at the funeral home is private. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Hallmark Hospice, 178 Savin St., Malden, MA 02148.
