SALEM - Sandra J. Baldwin, 68, of Salem, longtime companion of Peter Macioci, died Saturday, February, 23, 2008 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House, Danvers, following a short illness.
Born in Quincy, she was the daughter of the late Ralph B. Baldwin and Helen (Bartnicki) (Baldwin) Olbrych.
Until her recent illness, Sandra was employed for over 27 years as a legal secretary at the law firm, Goodwin Proctor in Boston.
A resident of Salem for most of her life, she loved to travel, especially to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. She also enjoyed reading and dining out.
Besides her companion Peter, she is survived by one sister, Linda Moustakis of Salem, 2 nephews, Christopher Moustakis and Dennis Moustakis, both of Salem, her 3 grand nieces, Elise, Lorin & Emily, and a close friend, Beth Bragel Amil of Lake Worth, Florida. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her step-father, Charles Olbrych.
Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2008 at 9 am from the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem, followed by a funeral Mass at 10 am at the St. John The Baptist Church, Salem. Visiting hours are Wednesday, 4 to 8 pm. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Burial is in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem.
