Louise (Pretto) Chelotti, 93, of 309 W. Central Street, Franklin, died Wednesday, February 20, 2008, at the Riverbend Convalescent Center in Natick, following a long illness. She was the wife of the late Lester J. Chelotti, who died in 2007.
Born in Gloucester, March 12, 1914, a daughter of the late Emelio and Domenica (Spagnola) Pretto, she lived in Franklin for most of her life.
She was educated in Franklin schools, and was a retired assembly worker for the former Kendall Mills Co. in Walpole where she worked for more than 20 years.
She was a member of the Franklin Senior Citizens, The American Association of Retired Persons, and was a communicant of St. Mary's Church.
She is survived by her brother-in-law, Thomas Roy Sr. of Franklin, a nephew Thomas Roy, Jr. and his wife Deb of Franklin, and 1 grandniece, Jillian Roy.
She was the sister of the late: Italo Dalla-Via, Gloria Roy and Christian Pretto.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass Friday, February 29, 2008, at 9 AM in St. Mary's Church, 1 Church Sq., Franklin. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
