Obituary

John M. Doyle, 79 years of Brockton died February 19, 2008 at the Copley Nursing Center in Stoughton. He was born in Detroit, Michigan, the son of the late Thomas and Margaret M. (Praught) Doyle. Mr. Doyle was raised in PEI Canada, returning to the United States in 1943 and has been a resident of Brockton since 1980. He served in US Army during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Doyle had been an employee of Milton Hospital for many years. He was a member of Knights of Columbus Seville Council #93 and the Cardinal O’Connell Assembly 4th Degree. He was a longtime communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church.

He is survived by a sister, Mary J. Pauliks of Rotunda West, FL; sister in law Harriet Doyle of Halifax, 3 nieces and 4 nephews and was the brother of the late Thomas Doyle.

Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte123) Brockton Monday at 8am. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 9am. Burial at a later date in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Visiting hours Sunday 2-5 pm.
