Viola M. Sudano, 86 of Medford, died Tuesday after a brief illness in the Glen Ridge Nursing Care, Medford, MA. Born in Boston, she lived in Medford for the past 52 years and formerly of the North End and West End of Boston. Viola was the daughter of the late Bettina (Manni) and Nazarano Sapochetti.
Beloved wife of the late Peter Sudano. Devoted mother of Petrina LoRusso and her husband Joseph of Peabody. Loving grandmother of Joseph LoRusso and his wife Erin of Peabody, Michael LoRusso and his wife Paula of Woburn. Loving great grandmother of Damiana, Andrew, Zachary, Isabella and Amethyst. Sister of Henry Sapochetti of Everett, and the late Angela Fiumara, Antonetta Magliano, Gloria Marino-Melchiono, George and Gregory Sapochetti. A funeral service will be celebrated in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Saturday at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 4 - 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
