Margaret A. (Christopher) Walsh, 82, died unexpectedly at home in Stoughton on Tuesday, February 19. She was the wife of the late Paul X. Walsh. A resident of Stoughton for over 60 years, she grew up in Dedham and was a graduate of Dedham schools. Mrs. Walsh was a homemaker.
Mrs. Walsh is survived by her son, Dennis M. Walsh and his wife Carlene of Stoughton; her grandchildren, Brian M. Walsh, Danielle Barrett, Tracey Brennan, Timothy Walsh and Rachel-Ann Walsh and her sister, Grace Keane of Foxboro. She is also survived by 5 great-grandsons and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Friday, February 22 at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 9 AM. Visiting Hours Thursday 4-8 PM. Burial will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton. Donations in Margaret‘s memory may be made to Joslin Diabetes Ctr., 1 Joslin Place, Boston, MA 02215.
