Obituary

DUDLEY - Agnes J. (Nierodzinski) Harvard, 88, of 12 Schofield Ave., died Monday in Hubbard Transitional Care Unit. Her husband, Henry L. Harvard, Sr., died in 1997.

She leaves 7 children, Rita C. Grayden and her husband Roy, Barbara A. Sterczala, Joseph Harvard and his wife Cheryl, Henry L. Harvard, Jr. and his wife Carol, Joan A. Burditt, Jeanne L. Powers and her husband Edward, and John Harvard; 23 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter Lucinda Harvard and by a son Frank Harvard.

She was born in Dudley, a daughter of Louis S. and Helen (Makulski) Nierodzinski and was a lifelong resident.

Mrs. Harvard worked as a waitress at the Deary’s Ice Cream Shop and also at the State Line Casino. She was an assembler at Webster Spring Company in Webster and then in Oxford before retiring in 1977.

She was a member of Saint Andrew Bobola Church.

The funeral will be held Thursday, Feb. 21, from the Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School St., Webster, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Andrew Bobola Church, 54 West Main St. Burial will be in St. Joseph Garden of Peace, Webster. Calling hours are from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday, Feb. 20, in the funeral home.
