Robert Brian Bumpus Robert Brian Bumpus, 40, Clarksville, died Sunday, February 17, 2008, at his residence. The funeral will be held at 1 pm Wednesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Louie Montoya officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 am until the time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
