William F. Sweeney, 70 of Millis, died Saturday unexpectedly in the Milford Regional Hospital, Milford, MA. Born in Boston, he lived in Millis for the past 5 years and formerly of Medfield and East Boston. William was the son of the late Eleanor (Barbetta) and William F. Sweeney. He was an Accountant, with G.E. in Lynn for over 30 years.
Beloved husband of the late Sandra (Conlin) Sweeney. Devoted father of Sharon Shepard and her husband Richard of Medway, Bill Sweeney and his wife Cathy of Hopkinton. Brother of Larry Sweeney of Texas, Joanne Belinsky of New Hampshire, and Linda Bennett of Massachusetts. Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Thursday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 4 - 8. Services will conclude with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
