Obituary

DUDLEY - Aurore B. (Chauvin) Leveille, 93, of 322 Mason Road Extension, died Saturday, February 16, in Oakwood Rehab & Nursing Center. Her husband of 50 years, Moise F.”Moses” Leveille, died in 1984.

She leaves three sons, Armand J. Leveille of Windsor Locks, CT, Andre J. Leveille and his wife Nancy of Webster, and Arthur A. Leveille of Worcester; two daughters, Rita S. Kotarba and her husband Henry of Dudley and Germaine Domiano of Worcester; a brother, Joseph Chauvin of Webster; a sister, Marie Anne Archambault of Cowansville, Quebec; 20 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter Jacqueline Lavoie of Dudley.

She was born in St. Marcel, Quebec, a daughter of Jean-Baptiste and Eva (Laramee) Chauvin. She lived in Vermont before moving to this area in 1958.

Mrs. Leveille was a spinner at Stevens Linen Associates before retiring in 1979. She was a former member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church.

The funeral will be held Thursday, February 21, from Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main St., Webster, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 16 East Main St.,Webster. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Webster. Calling hours are from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday, February 20, in the funeral home. Donations in her name may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Mass. Chapter, 101 First Avenu, Suite 3, Waltham, MA 02154.
