M. Louise (McNeill) Duggan, 87 years, of Bridgewater, died February 16, 2008 following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Timothy F. Duggan. Born and raised in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late John M. McNeill, a member of the Brockton Fire Department killed in the Strand Theatre Fire and M. Anna (Reilly) McNeill. Louise was a graduate of Brockton High School, class of 1939 and had been employed by Kennedy’s Clothing Store of Brockton, Brockton City Clerks Office and the Conley Funeral Home of Brockton retiring in 2001 after 32 years. She was a longtime member of the 20th Century Catholic Club, was an avid gardener and reader, loved time spent with her family and traveling.
She is survived by four sons, Timothy F. and John G. both of Brockton, Paul D. and his wife Nancy of Andrews, NC and Michael J. of Brockton, five grandchildren, David, Emily, Joy, Erin and Timothy, two sisters Barbara Amirault and Muriel Burke, one brother John Joseph McNeill all of Brockton and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Robert James McNeill.
Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Wednesday at 10am. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 11am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery.
