Nancy M. Gillespie, age 53, died Sunday, Feb. 10 at Lowell General Hospital. She was the wife of the late William Gillespie.
She was born in Lowell, Aug. 12, 1954, the daughter of Florence (Bellerose)(Levy) Paquin of Lowell and the late Eugene Levy. Nancy was a lifelong resident of Lowell and was employed as a short order cook with Michael's Cafe in Lowell for several years.
Besides her mother, she is survived by two daughters, Dawn and Krystal Gillespie, both of Lowell; a son, David Downing of Lowell; a brother and sister-in-law, Eugene and B. Christine Levy of Milford, NH; her longtime companion, Stephen Pard of Lowell; also 7 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was the sister of the late Richard Levy and Gloria Galibois.
Friends are respectfully invited to attend a prayer service on Friday, Feb. 15 at 10:30am at St. Joseph Cemetery Chapel, Chelmsford. Arrangements are in the care of the M. R. LAURIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 295 Pawtucket St. Lowell.
