Richard Daniels 86, of Newton died on Friday Feb 8, 2008.
at the Newton Wellesley Hospital. Born in Winthrop Mr. Daniels was raised in Newton and graduated from Newton High School. During WWII he served in the U.S. Army Medical Corps at the Battle of the Bulge, Germany and France. Mr. Daniels was a resident of Newton for most of his life except when he went overseas. He was the brother of the late Robert Daniels who died in May of 2004. Brother in law of Frances K. Daniels of Wolfeboro, NH and uncle of Robert, Peter and David Daniels.
