Ida M. (Lambert) Panek, 89, of Attleboro died Monday February 4, 2008 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Ferdinand J. Panek.
Born and raised in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Joseph D. and Mary L. (Lemieux) Lambert, she lived in Islington for many years. She enjoyed many winters in Pinellas Park, Florida and many summers on Long Pond in East Freetown.
She enjoyed Bingo, knitting, crocheting, and playing cards.
Survivors include four children, Patricia Barletta of Greenfield, MA and Port St. Lucie, FL, Theresa Foley of Hebron, NH and Port St. Lucie, FL, Steven F. Panek and his wife Deborah of Fairhaven and Foxboro, and Thomas J. Panek and his wife Linda of Norton; 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was the sister of the late Donat Lambert and Vivian Soucy.
