Obituary

Lee W. Richardson age 74 of Salem, NH, died Wednesday at the Elliot Hospital, Manchester, NH.

He was born in Methuen, MA, where he grew up and attended schools and graduated from Searles High School. He was a resident of Salem for the past 41 years and had also lived in Hampstead, NH for a short time.

Lee was retired from AT&T in NO. Andover, MA, where he worked in management. He also worked security for the Mall at Rockingham Park. He was a Special Police Officer for the towns of Salem and Hampstead. He was a member of St. Joseph Church in Salem and a member and former president of the Canobie Fish & Game Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf, and mostly he loved story telling and spoke at several schools in Salem.

Lee was predeceased by a Son Brian E. Richardson and a Grandson Matthew C. Keezer.

He is survived by his Wife: Marcelle (Dubois) Richardson

Stephen & his Wife Michelle Richardson of Florida
Todd M. Richardson of Florida

2 Daughters: Julie A. & her Husband Robert Darling of Dunbarton, NH
Sandra L. & her Husband Dennis Woods of Hudson, NH

1 Brother: Varnum & his Wife Ruth Richardson of Florida

7 Grandchildren, Several Nieces & Nephews

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, Feb. 4 at 10 AM at St. Joseph Church, Salem. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem.

Calling hours will be held Sunday, Feb. 3 from 1-4 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main Street, Salem, NH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2 Commerce Drive Suite 110, Bedford, NH 03110.
