HESTER FROST
HESTER FROST,age 90, of Jamaica Plain, formerly of Dorchester died at Beth Israel - Daconess Medical Center in Boston following a long illness. Born in Detroit, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Earl & Jeannette (Smith) Frost. She was also the sister of the late Evelyn. Hester served with USO as a professional dancer for many years, entertaing our troops around the world. She is survived by her many friends at the Mt. Pleasant Home in Jamaica Plain. Graveside Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2008 at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Dorchester. Rev. Merlin Southwick will officiate. relatives and friends are invited to attend. Donations in her memroy may be made to the USO.
