William F. Ray, Sr., died Jan. 26 at Nemasket Healthcare Center in Middleboro. He was 89. He was the husband of the late Sebastiana (Nicolosi) Ray. Loving father of William Ray, Jr. and his wife Deborah of Carver.Brother of Sylvester Ray of Marshfield, Peggy Searles of Dedham, and Charles Ray of Needham. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren , 9 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Carver on Fri. Feb 1 at 9:00AM, followed by a funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Carver at 10:00AM. Interment at Union Cemetery, Carver. Visiting hours on Thurs. 4-8PM.
