Methuen, Ma. – Karen L. Greer, 41, died Sunday January 27, 2008 at her family residence.
Born in Lawrence, Karen had been an employee with the J.D. Scott Construction Company of Woburn, Ma. for many years.
Prior to its closing she was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Methuen.
Karen enjoyed playing the lottery, bingo, and spending quality time with her nieces.
A longtime Methuen resident Karen is survived by her fiancée John M. Kelleher, her parents John “Jack” and Carol A. Curtin of Lawrence, children; Anthony and Justin Dube of West Virginia and daughter Amanda Dube of Unity, Maine, brothers, and sisters; John, Darryl, and Kevin Greer, Thomas, Jennifer, John Jr., and Joseph Curtin, Lynda Kight, 1 grandchild Gavin Dube, special niece Kaycee Salgueiro, and her grandmother Gert Jacinto and many nieces.
Karen was predeceased by her brother Michael Greer.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday morning at 9 o’clock in Saint Monica’s Church with burial to follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc. 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen.
