Jared Ian Smith, a resident of Lake Worth, FL, formerly of Peabody, entered into eternal rest suddenly on January 24, 2008 at his home. He was 23 years old and the beloved son of Larry & Annette (Tarmy) Smith.
Born in Winchester, Jared was raised & educated in Peabody where he graduated from high school in 2002. He moved to Lake Worth, FL with his family in 2002 was currently in his senior year at Palm Beach Community College. Jared was a lover of animals & sports.
In addition to his parents, Jared is survived by his devoted brother, Joseph of Lake Worth, FL. He was the cherished grandson of Murray & Beverly Tarmy of Chelsea, & the late Herman & Estelle Smith. Jared is also survived by many aunts, uncles, & cousins. He will be forever missed by all those whose lives he touched with his charm & kindness.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday, January 28, 2008 at 12:00 Noon in the New Tifereth Israel of Everett Cemetery, 232 Fuller St. EVERETT. Rabbi Karen Landy of Cong. Havurat Shalom in Andover will officiate. Memorial observance will be private. Donations in Jared's memory may be made to the MSPCA – Angell Memorial Medical Center, attn: Donations, 350 S.
