William Randalph `Bill `Wiggins William Randalph `Bill` Wiggins, 62, Clarksville, died Thursday, January 24, 2008, at his residence. The funeral will be held at 11 am Saturday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Bro. Terry Forrest and Bro. Mike Dankson officiating. Burial will be in Nicholson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm Friday and from 9 am until the hour of the service Saturday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born March 20, 1945 in Wharton, West Virginia son of the late James Franklin Wiggins and Velma Howard Wiggins. He attended Bethel Freewill Baptist Church. He loved to be outdoors. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and loved to sail. He was an honorary member of the Archery Club and was a member of the Fly Fishing Club. Mr. Wiggins was retired from the Clarksville Department of Electricity and was a US Army Veteran. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Betty Ruth Nicholson Wiggins; a daughter Marcie Long (Mike), Tulahoma, TN; a sister, Peggy Lou Morris, Heathsville, VA; and a grandson, Matthew Dillion Shepherd. He also leaves behind many in-laws and loving friends. He was preceded in death by two sons, Frankie Wiggins and Matt Wiggins who was Marcie's twin. Pallbearers will be Eddie Ott, Woodrow "Woody" Schroeder, Ronnie Poston, Phil Poston, Jimmy Dean Shepherd, Big Jimmy Shepherd, Mark Baggett and Bill Jennings.
