Mrs. Helen Frances (Thomas) Moland, of Nashua, New Hampshire, formerly of Medford, beloved wife of the late Weldon L. Moland, died at the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua, New Hampshire, on Friday, January 18, 2008. She was 90 years old.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, on August 22, 1917, she was the beloved daughter of the late Francis and Bessie (Drake) Thomas.
Mrs. Moland loved to spend time at her summer cottage. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing Beano and very much enjoyed going to Flea Markets.
She also was a volunteer at the Chelsea Soldiers Home in Chelsea, Massachusetts.
She will be sorely missed by two loving sons and one daughter-in-law; Stephen and his wife Judi Moland of Litchfield, New Hampshire and Richard Moland of Hooksett, New Hampshire. She is also survived by three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service was in the Londonderry Presbyterian Church, 126 Pillsbury Road, Londonderry, on Saturday, January 26, 2008, at 3 PM. Relatives and friends were respectfully invited to attend.
