Mr. Ollie D. Bradford was born October 3, 1938 in Madison County to the late James Bradford and Katherine Baker. He departed this life on January 24, 2008 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Ollie accepted Christ and joined Westside Missionary Baptist Church in January of 2007, under the leadership of The Reverend Timothy Careathers.
He leaves to cherish his memory one son, Dalmon Bailey; three brothers: Archie D. Bradford, Danny Baker (Deborah) and Carl Baker (Vinda); four sisters: Willie Mae Gurley (Willie), Dorothy Nance (Howard), Ora Lee Thomas (Bill), and Lorine Nance; three grandchildren: Demetrice Gilbreath, Angela Gilbreath Kimbrew, and Demon Gilbreath; one great grandchild, Patient Gilbreath Kimbrew; three aunts: Ella Mae Baker, Callie Douglas, and Delia Mae Stone; two devoted cousins and caregivers, Gary and Linda Baker and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Braford will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at 12:00 Noon from Little Flock Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Charlie Humphrey officiating. Interment will be in Union Cemetery. Mr. Bradford will lie in state in the church one hour prior to funeral time.
