Joseph Contarino died Tuesday at the Whidden Memorial Hospital Everett, after a brief illness. He was 85.
Mr. Contarino was born and raised in South Boston and lived more than fifty years in Medford. He worked as a real estate manager for many years.
His wife Mary (D’Orsi) died two years ago.He leaves his son Joseph Contarino and daughter in law Cindy of Medford. He is also survived by grandchildren: Natalie, Christian, Dylan and Luke.He leaves a sister Catherine and brother Dom.
Friends may visit Friday from 4 thru 8 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford.
His funeral mass will be offered at St. Clement Church, 71 Warner Street, Medford, Saturday at 10AM.
Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
