Margaret Walker, 82, Medford, died Tuesday in the St. Elizebeth Medical Center Boston after a long illness.
Born and raised in East Boston, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and the late Agnes (Conell) Colicchio.
A Medford resident for more than 40 years, she was dedicated to raising her children.
Her husband Ralph died in 1986.She is survived by her sons Ralph, the Hon. Neil, John, and one daughter: Peg Binelli. She leaves two sisters: Mildred Strandberg of Reading, Frances Charbeau of VT;two brothers: the Hon. Neil Colicchio of Medford, and Joseph Colicchio of FL.She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Her funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday at 9 AM at St. Raphael Church, 512 High Street, Medford.
Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
Friends and relatives may visit Friday from 4 thru 8 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford.
It has been requested that in lieu of flowers contributions be made in Margaret´s name to the charity of one’s choice.
