LEICESTER-Jillian E. (Muncy) Bard, 29, formerly of Leicester, died Friday, January 11th in West Palm Beach, FL. She leaves her husband of 6 years, Eamonn E. Bard; a son, Gage E. Bard; her mother, Sandra L. (Butnes) Ferver and her husband Dan, all of Leicester; her father, Robert W. Muncy of Orange Park, FL; her grandparents, Stanley and Carol (Canane) Butnes of Auburn; 2 aunts, Pauline Morey of Orange Park, FL and Debra Butnes; an uncle, Lee Butnes, both of Worcester; a niece, Abigail Bard Morse; a nephew, Seamus Bard Morse, both of Putnam, CT; and several great uncles, great aunts, cousins and in-laws. Her brother and best friend, Scott R. Muncy died in 2004.
She was born in Worcester on October 5, 1978, attended Leicester schools and was currently attending Lincoln College in Florida where she was working toward obtaining a degree in culinary arts. Mrs. Bard was employed by several hotels, country clubs and restaurants as a chef for 10 years. She enjoyed cooking, thrived in music and arts and loved her friends, family and especially her son, Gage. We will always remember her beautiful smile and zest for life. To know her was to love her.
