Joann Lynn Hopkins Rausch Joann Lynn Hopkins Rausch, 45, Clarksville, died Sunday, January 13, 2008, at Skyline Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 2 pm Thursday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Larry Robertson officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 am until the hour of the service Thursday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born September 17, 1962 in Logan, OH daughter of Donnie Hopkins and Oda Hart Pascarella. She was employed by Moss's Southern Cooking. She is survived by her husband Kenneth Rausch, sons David Hopkins, Nelsonville, OH; Robert Betz IV and Jonathon Betz both of Clarksville; daughters Tiffany Hamilton and Ashley McKinley, and a step-daughter, Candice Rausch all of Clarksville; and five grandchildren.
