Paul G. Ledoux, 78, of Dracut, died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2008 at a local healthcare facility in Lowell. For 38 years, he was the husband of Doris M. (Davis) Ledoux.
He was born in Lowell on April 22, 1929 son of the late Paul and Aurore (Labrecque) Ledoux. Paul resided in Dracut and served in the US Army during the Korean War in Germany as a M.P..
Prior to his retirement, Paul was employed as a meat cutter for A & P Food Stores and Demoulas Market Basket.
Besides his wife Doris, he is survived by one son Michael Ledoux of Tyngsboro; two daughters, Diane Dias of Tyngsboro and Carol Paquette and her husband Skip of Kissimmee, Florida; a step daughter, Susan Houle and husband Roger of Bow, NH; one step son Steven Emery and wife Kathy of Manchester, NH; one sister Lorraine Ledoux and her companion, Bill Rogers Lowell; also several grandchildren and great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Roger Ledoux and Gabrielle Achin.
At his request, there will be no visiting hours and services will be held privately. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the VNA Hospice of Greater Lowell, PO Box 1965, Lowell, MA 01853.
