Glen D. Condon, 46, died unexpectedly at his home, Saturday January 12th. He was the son of Jay and Meredith (Fullerton) Condon of Whitman.
He was born in Brockton, bought up in Whitman, a graduate of Whitman-Hanson Regional High School Class of 1979.
Glen lived in Las Vegas for 10 years and the past 8 years in Whitman.
Glen was the former chaplain of the Whitman VFW Auxiliary and 2nd degree knight of the Whitman Knights of Columbus. He was an avid fisherman and golfer. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children David J. and Kirsten N. Condon of Braintree ,his brothers Sean M. Condon of Whitman ,Gary J. Condon of Hanson, his sisters, Susan F. Daily of Whitman and Lisa M Condon of South Boston ;also several nieces & nephews.
His services will be held on Friday January 18th at 9:15 A.M. from the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (RT 58 @ the Rotary circle) Whitman, followed by a 10:00 A.M. mass in the Holy Ghost Church, Whitman. Burial will follow in the St. James Cemetery, Whitman. Visiting hours will be held Thursday, January 17th 4-8 P.M.
