Flora V. Raymond, 95, died at the Baypointe Nursing and Rehab. Center in Brockton on Wednesday, January 9. She was the daughter of the late George and Consuelo Raymond. Born in Stoughton, she was a lifelong resident of Stoughton. Miss Raymond was a graduate of Stoughton schools and Annice Beauty School in Brockton. She owned Flora’s Beauty Shop in Stoughton for many years. She was a member of Daughter’s of Italy in Stoughton, the Mass. Catholic Women’s Guild and Stoughton Golden Agers as well as a Bingo worker at Immaculate Conception Church in Stoughton.
Miss Raymond was preceded in death by her brothers, Sante, Anthony, George and Frederick Raymond and her sisters, Rose DeGerolamo, Anna Giampietro and Louise Marinelli. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Saturday, January 12 at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 9 AM. Visiting Hours Friday 4-7 PM.
