Adele B. Sojka, 82 of Cranston, RI, died Wednesday at the Riverview Nursing Center in Coventry, RI. Born in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of the late Matthew and the late Regina (Kulinska) Wrobel. Mrs. Sojka died following a lengthy illness. She was a a resident of Cranston, RI for almost twenty years formerly of Sanibel Island, FL and Stowe, VT. For many years Mrs. Sojka, along with her late husband John, owned and operated the Mansfield Motel in Stowe, VT. Mrs. Sojka is survived by one son, Gerald Sojka of Cranston, RI and a daughter, Terry Marolda and her husbnad Michael of Woburn, MA. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Matthew and Kassia Sojka of Cranston, RI, Stacey and Michael Miralda Jr. Both of Woburn, MA.
In addition to her late husband John J. Sojka, Adele is preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Linda Sojka and a sister, Elvina Kirn and a brother Edward Wrobel
A funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday at 10:00 AM in St. Anthony Church, 851 Main St. Woburn. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial in Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn. Visiting hours Friday from 4 thru 8 at the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., Woburn, MA.
