Florence [Tamulevich] Carnilla of Brockton passed away December 17 at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. She was the wife of the late Robert G. Carnilla. Born in Brockton, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Josephine Tamulevich, Florence was educated in Brockton and was a graduate of St. Patrick High School. She lived throughout the country while her husband served as a U.S. Coast Guard officer and returned to Brockton 35 years ago.
Florence was a member of St. Casimir’s Church and the Knights of Lithuania C-1. She enjoyed bingo, reading and crocheting. She is survived by 2 sons, Michael of New Orleans, Louisiana, Stephen of Birmingham, Alabama and a daughter Patricia Para of Benton, Arkansas, 3 grandsons Andrew, Anthony, Alexander and 1 granddaughter Adrianne and 2 nieces. She was the sister of the late John and Joseph Tamulevich.
A memorial Mass will be held at St. Casimir’s Church, Brockton on Friday at 10 o’clock. Burial will be private at a later date.
